Quickly turn 1 pie into 10 pies!… The basis

The trick here is always using the same pie shell and filling. The fun begins with toppings and garnishings!

So I use just a plain graham pie shell, and I often buy a ready-to-use one to save a little time (but keep on reading because I will share my recipe later). And I use a vanilla pie filling & pudding. It’s amazing how a few cups of milk and a small box can make such a great dessert!

These two steps never change, but wait until you see what I’m adding to it!

To give you an idea, here are the ones I will share:

  • Pineapple and roasted coconut pie
  • Creamy strawberry pie
  • Vanilla cream pie
  • Blueberry cream pie
  • Vanilla and cherry pie
  • Peaches & mango cream pie
  • Raspberry surprise pie
  • Coffee cream pie
  • Apple & caramel cream pie
  • Chocolate cookie cream pie

As I said, I like using a graham pie shell because I find it easier, but you can also use the good old classic pie shell for all of these!  😉 You’ll find plenty of tips here to help you find the right pie plate.

I like fresh fruits, but I often use frozen ones or canned fruits too. Use whatever is easier for you!

And then, on top of the fruits, you can add roasted nuts or coconut, chocolate, cookie crumbs, fruit sauce, or coulis… See? Absolutely anything goes on this pie! All you need is a little inspiration 😉 and guess what? I will inspire you for sure!
