…But my question to you is
Why not start a blog? 🙂
It is so much fun! It totally changed my life, and I wish I had started my small blog before!
Starting a blog gives you a wonderful sense of accomplishment and so much pride!
And, of course, I want you to feel the same!
Showing your blog to your friends, children, and grandchildren is so satisfying! … Yes, yes! Our grandchildren! They know all that stuff much better than us! My granddaughter is 14 and very proud of her ( young! ) grandma! ha! ha!
But seriously, you should start a blog because you have things to say! And so much knowledge to share! We have something that younger bloggers don’t have; it’s called experience! At 50 or 60, we have learned a lot, and we know about life!
It would be sad to waste all that experience; after all, getting older is much more than wrinkles!!

If you’re new to blogging, you are probably wondering what a niche is! To make it short, a niche is a category. All bloggers blogging about the same topic are regrouped in the same niche. And these bloggers will become your friends and your community, which is awesome!
…And if you are new to blogging, you may be a little overwhelmed by all these new blogging words! I know! I felt a little lost too… That’s why I wrote a post about blogging terminology new bloggers need to know. I just love having all the info I need in one single place, don’t you?

One of the reasons I started my small blog was to share dessert recipes. My two grandchildren always say that I make the world’s best desserts! ha! ha! and I think they’re right! ( I’m so modest, aren’t I? 😆😆) I even wrote a book about my family and I favorite ones. First, type the topic in Google or Pinterest search bars, and you’ll see tons of lines appearing; these are everything others wrote about that specific topic. The more you see, the better, so don’t get discouraged! Seeing a lot means that there is an interest in that subject. So try to answer a question readers asked or solve a problem they have.
